This fitness equipment was just sitting there minding its own fitness exercise business and here we go again. That is it remove the clothes first from this exercise equipment before you use it, are you the same person or have you put on a few pounds? Wow no wonder you need exercise equipment now! Do you ever get that feeling you are being used, and not in a treadmill sense of the word! I am still king of the fitness equipment world no matter how trampled I get. Okay, I may not be as portable as some other types of exercise equipment but you always come back to me when you want to burn some serious calories! You do remember how to work me don't you; even though I am just a piece of fitness equipment, I do have some complex fitness exercise moves.

Don't you think the pace you are at is a little fast considering you have not used this fitness equipment in a while, and excuse me for saying but you look like you are struggling a bit! That is better slow down a little, think of endurance instead, and remember it is a marathon not a sprint.
