Its many residential and industrial centers which even today are separated by large, undeveloped, intervening areas, are expanding so rapidly that they will soon grow into one continuous built-up community. Today Queens is well started on the most wonderful development that has ever taken place in any borough of New York City, or, for that matter, in any city of the world.
