Turner is considered one of the greatest British watercolor landscape painters of all time.
Turner studied at the Royal Academy of Art Schools in 1789, when he was only 14 years old.
Turner believed that light was the emanation of God's spirit and painted his later works as an expression of that spirituality.
At his death, Turner left a large fortune that he hoped would support "older artists." He previously designed and planned an almshouse for them at Twickenham with a gallery for his works. Most of his dying wishes were not honored.

Lowells CN6 Series 40W speaker systems offer a high performance and cosmetically clean solution for trouble-free installation of 6.5-inch musicpaging systems in new construction. Ready-to-install systems include Lowells high performance coaxial driver Model 6A40 with choice of wired transformer pre-loaded into Lowells 10D volume acoustic backbox Model IX610. The CN6 and CN8 Series speaker assemblies are special in that the factory installed driver is attached directly to an inner flange of the backbox. This removes the traditional weight bearing requirements limitations from the grille, allowing a heavier, higher performance driver to be used with a visually. System driver Model 6A40 is part of Lowells A-Series of speakers.It achieves excellent music and voice reproduction over a large coverage area. The 6.5 driver features a 10oz. magnet coupled with a 1-inch copper voice coil driving a polypropylene cone with half-roll rubber surround for long cone travel and good edge damping. The post-mounted tweeter is a 1-inch balanced drive dome protected by Ferrofluid and a first order high-pass filter. Frequency response is 40Hz-20kHz6dB with a crossover at 4 kHz. Additionally, the loudspeakers capacity to deliver a wide angle of sound distribution 150 degrees over a large area with uniform response and clear audibility ensures complete coverage with minimum units. Optional 70V transformer selection includes 32W, 16W, and 8W models. System backbox Model IX610 is 10D with 1.5 thick acoustic batting for extended low-frequency performance.
